Amish Oatmeal

I'm not so sure there's anything "Amish" about this oatmeal, but it sure is a nice treat once in a while. It's like eating a bowl full of oatmeal cookies and smells wonderful too! 

3 c. quick-cooking oats
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. light brown sugar, not packed
1 c. milk
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 eggs
2 t. baking powder
3/4 t. salt
2 t. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Lightly grease a 13"x9" baking pan.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
Spread evenly in the prepared pan and bake for 20 minutes, until edges are lightly browned.
Immediately scoop into bowls and top with warm milk and/or desired toppings.
