This recipe is from Ina Garten (the Barefoot Contessa). The cupcakes are very crumbly but good. The peanut butter frosting is outstanding. What I discovered is that the cupcakes are only really good for 2 days. By day 3 they're pretty dry, so if you make them the day of or one day before you need them you're all set. If you have a favorite chocolate cupcake recipe already, make this frosting for them. You will make it again, and again, and..........you get the idea.
